    • New England Furniture provides free service on furniture purchased through our store for a period of 1 year from the date of sale- as long as warranty requirements are met.

    • Save your receipt. Receipts will be required as proof of purchase for warranty issues.

    • After 1 year- labor, parts and s&h may be charged depending on the manufacturer warranty, and the nature of the repair.

    • Labor rate is $50 per ½ hour – with a $50 minimum charge.

    • We will typically asses repair/warranty claims for free, however you may be responsible for transporting, or the cost of transporting the item to our store.

    • Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may vary. Please read all info provided with purchase. More detailed information may be available on manufacturers website.

    • Warranties do not apply to anything purchased in "as is" condition, furniture no longer in possession of the original owner, furniture used for commercial use, and furniture that shows obvious signs of abuse/misuse- including being used by persons exceeding the factory suggested weight limits. *This is not a full list of exclusions, please see manufacturers website for full details.

    • Mattress warranties do not apply to normal body impressions, or to any mattress that is stained, soiled or torn.
