Q: Do you ever have sales?
A: The simple answer is: rarely. We work hard at keeping our pricing both fair and competitive every day and for everybody. We don’t believe in having higher everyday prices just so that we can offer a perceived discount by having a sale. Instead, we have everyday low prices that are generally lower than the “sale” prices of our competitors.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We do, and it’s free in most areas! See our Delivery Policy for more information.
Q: Do you price match?
A: Yes, we do! If you find the same exact item for a lower price, just bring us a written quote and we’ll match it. A couple things to remember- it must be from a local competitor; we don’t price match internet retailers or internet pricing. The price needs to be for the same exact item (same SKU#, same options, etc). The price needs to also include all fees (delivery, set up, removal, etc.), or be noted if none of those apply.
Q: Why don’t you price match internet retailers or pricing?
A: There are a couple of reasons. Often items will say “free delivery” but hidden in the fine print you’ll often find out that it means the item will be dropped off at your doorstep for free. If you want it delivered inside your home and set up, there is a “white glove” delivery fee. Other times, there is only free delivery if you are purchasing thousands of dollars’ worth of furniture. Beyond pricing, there is also the service. If there is a warranty issue with the item, who is servicing it and how will they service it (are you responsible for the return shipping costs, etc)? To compete with online retailers, we would have to cut corners, and it’s not worth it in our view. We believe our customers deserve better.
Q: Do you provide removal service?
A: Yes, we do. Removal is $20 per piece and is limited to the pieces that we are replacing. For example, if you are buying a recliner, we will take away an old recliner or chair that it’s replacing, we will not take away a whole living room set.
Q: Do you offer discounts (military, senior, repeat customer, etc)?
A: We try, but it’s always dependent on what the item(s) is and whether we have any room at all to take any money off. Most of the time, our prices are so low that there isn’t much more that we can take off. We have the utmost respect for all people and want to be able to offer great prices to everyone, every day. Again, we don’t want to build that “discount” into our prices only to give you a fake discount.
Q: Why can’t I combine a discount with your financing?
A: We offer 0% financing terms every day, and on purchases over $299. To offer this benefit, we pay a percentage of the sale price to the financing company. In other words, if you are taking advantage of our 0% financing, we are already taking money off.
Q: Is there a way for me to view online what you currently have in stock?
A: Unfortunately, no. Our inventory and floor display changes almost daily. It would be a full-time job to monitor and update our website that much.
Q: How come not everything is priced on your website?
A: A couple of reasons for this. Our website is designed to show our customers everything that we have available to us, whether in stock or not. Some companies make it easy for the website to monitor and price items, and some do not. So, again monitoring and updating pricing would be a full-time job due to the sheer number of items available. Another reason is that some items can be customized in several ways, and prices for each customization may vary.
Q: Do you have items that are immediately available?
A: We sure do! Everything here on our display floor is available, so there is no need to wait long order times. We have an incredibly high turnover rate, so furniture is frequently changed out and new items brought in.
